Founders of Luxer Development have local Central Florida roots as well as Northern Virginia Suburbs of Washington DC.

The Founders of the Company have enjoyed being in the Real Estate Acquisition and Development profession for over 40 years.

Principals of the Company have developed over 1,500 residential lots as well as numerous retail and commercial projects. Current residential projects include development of over 600 lots in   Osceola County, Florida and partnerships in several Multi-Family projects with nearly 1,300 apartment units in Polk, Osceola and St. Johns Counties in the state of Florida,
